Bright Spots in SoCal

Sunday night’s NASCAR race at California Speedway racked up quite a few bright spots on this season’s highlight reel. For a brand-new team, Red Bull Racing has had its share of highs and lows, but no one can argue that high moments breed momentum. Here’s a quick recap from “Fontucky” as the locals call it: BV finished 8th marking his fourth top-10 finish of the season and still holds the record for the most top-10 finishes by a Toyota this year (Toyota has racked up 7 total). Vickers was also the top-finishing Camry and led 3 laps for a total of 98 laps this season (more laps led than any other Camry!). AJ finished 18 – the second highest finishing Toyota - and earned his career high finish in NEXTEL Cup. 24 races down and 12 to go…more good things to come from Red Bull Racing.

Cogratulations guys for an awesome weekend. You overcame problems and still had great finishes. It's only a matter of time until we're in Victory Lane!!

Great to see Brian back on INC. It's not the same without him!!

Folks, keep in mind that BV is LOCKED IN at Talladega due to his win there last year in the 25. He will have a pass if he needs it.

Yeah...That is true only if Qualifying is rained out.

And, for the record, there are only 11 races left. Richmond this weekend, and the ten for the chase thing.

BV is only locked into races based on the 2006 win if qualifying is rained out. Otherwise, nothing is set in stone for the 83 car.

Congratulations Team Red Bull. We are all so proud of y'all. Brian was awesome on INC last night. I only watch when he is on. As for Brian being locked in at 'dega, that's only if it rains. He'll make it at 'dega. I have faith!

WE BELIEVE!!!!

Amzy....hopefully there will be an autograph session in Atlanta. The guys sessions are usually on race day, before their drivers meeting.....at the merchandise hauler. Times of their autograph session would be posted right at the front of the merchandise hauler. Hope that helps,

Lynne (fellow Canadian, Torontonian)
