Red Bull 4-Pack

It was a nice sight yesterday to see both AJ and Brian towards the top of the leaderboard at the NASCAR Cup test at Lowe's Motor Speedway. The guys ended the afternoon session in 7th (Brian) and 11th (AJ), and the evening session in 4th (AJ) and 11th (Brian). The #83 and #84 crews worked hard all day to get the Camry's running well. And once they did, both cars stayed at the top of the charts for the remainder of the day. The Cola-Cola 600 is one of the biggest races of the year and hopefully the guys can take what they learned in this week's test to put both Red Bull Racing cars in the field in a couple of weeks. We all know Brian can run up front at Lowe's, he has proven that in the past. AJ said yesterday that his main goal at the test was to learn the track and become comfortable driving the high speeds (almost 200 mph!) - mission accomplished. Stay tuned!

Is that a red bull 4-pack? ;)

$500,000 of equipment, in one picture. Nice.

Any news on where the team 83 merchandise hauler is going to be located at Lowes Motor Speedway? I need to get my team red bull swag!

Great job guys - had to make both drivers and pit crews really happy to learn so much. Keep up the good work!

It's the most expensive Red Bull 4 pack, you'll ever see!!!

It was great to look at the speed charts and see TBR up there. Hopefully they were able to work on some things that can help with the All-Star Challenge and the 600.

Good luck in Darlington this weekend!!

Not sure where you are getting your info from but it looks like he is starting his own cup team with JR Motorsports. I hope if TRB adds a third car next year it is with Jason Leffler, I think he would be a good fit with TRB.

We heard a little rumor that the driver’s and pit crew were going to workout and train tomorrow at the new white water rafting facility in Charlotte. Now, we all know you will be on hand to photograph the drivers… However, please, please take some pictures of the buff guys in the pit crew and post them on this darn blog too!!!!!!

We realize that Nascar markets mostly to men… but you need to include the fans who have estrogen running through their veins as well. It’s not that us girls don’t enjoy watching the cars turning left every Sunday for hours on end… but we would love, love, love to see some pictures of the polished guys in the pit who endure the workouts, training & drills every day!

Thank you in advance!

Jason Leffler? I think the fab shop guys have enough to do already, without fixing his wrecked cars.

Great it was nice to see the cars running good on day 2 after looking like garbage on day one. I have been critical of the 83 team cause I and we all expecte great things and I sure as hell hope that this is the shot the 83 team needs. Doug is a hell of a crew chief and Brian can run he hasn't forgot how to win. When the 83 makes the show there great, like I have always said what Brian was doing with 4th rate equipment was phenomenal now he has 1st and is showing it when he makes the show, just take a look at the 25 car now, Mears cannot hold a glass of water to Brian same cars just different paint scheme
Good luck at the lady in black Brian and Doug
