Point of View

For Thursday Night's qualifying for the 600 race at Charlotte, Red Bull Racing team employees and a guest got the opportunity to cheer on BV and AJ from the friendly confines of the Red Bull Energy Station that sits above the backstretch leading into turn 3. Many of the 160+ employees (minus the race crew down in the infield) soaked in the beautiful sunset, watched a few crashes (Waltrip's occured right down the backstretch), fed their bellies with carved beef and chicken, replenished their veins with Red Bull, and plugged their ears every time a qualifying car whizzed by. Oh, and they cheered BV And AJ to the 26th and 29th starting positions for Sunday's race. Throughout the night, the phrase "This is freakin' awesome!" was overheard time and again. Not a bad point of view.
