Get Off My Back!

At Tuesday's team meeting, which was the first following AJ's first Cup race, the team presented AJ with a 'Got the Gorilla Off My Back' pinata. It took three blindfolded swings for AJ to crack open the pinata. Out fell an assortment of Little Debbie snacks, in tribute to the Kenny Schraders' Little Debbies #21 car that punted AJ into the outside wall at Bristol on Sunday. Welcome to NASCAR, Rookie! Even though it was a rookie mistake to come down on Kenny when he wasn't clear, AJ still got his revenge today and the team got a good laugh.

Hey Red Bull bloggers!! It's AJ's wife Lynne. It's nice to see what AJ does at the shop! I want a job like that! I crack things all day long....but definately not with stick! (Don't worry, I'm a chiropractor) Lol. Oh well, a job well done, and very much deserved for all.

I'd like to thank everyone for posting notes on the Red Bull blog, because AJ and I read it every day. It means a lot to AJ to hear what people have to say, and sometimes it gives him that little bit of a boost when times are tough. We know it's going to be a season of ups and downs, but gosh it's nice to have an "up" right now! AJ's working hard and doing everything in his power to do his best, not only for himself but also for all the guys and gals at the Red Bull shop, his crew guys, and for everyone that has believed in him as a NASCAR rookie. So keep those posts coming!! AJ and I love to see them. Hope you enjoy all the cool stuff that Red Bull does.

Lynne

What kind of Little Debbie Snacks were in the pinata? My favorite are the Star Crunchers.

Ya'll are funny. My momma let's me have little debbies from the swany swifty store becuz them only 25 cents for the little brownie with them nuts. I don't like the nuts though bc they get stuck in my teeth and are hard to get out. I try to brush real hard with my mammas toothbrush since we all done share one tooth brush but them little nuts are buggers!

oh sorry, was a funny idea to get the monkey off ur back.
