Practice Makes Perfect

AJ and Brian got another chance to shake out the Team Red Bull cars today at Daytona. Having to qualify for the Daytona 500 through Thursday's Duel 150s, every opportunity to find speed is necessary. AJ found enough to make his fastests laps around the 2.5 circuit. While chatting about handling adjustments with his crew chief Ricky Viers over the radio during practice, he managed a fast lap of 48.131 (186.990 mph) that was good for 9th on the charts. The two briefly connected in the second session to draft with each other. It was neat to see both Red Bull cars running together. Something we would like to see alot.

Great for AJ - that has to help going into tomorrows race! Brian do a little bump drafting so AJ knows what it feels like?

I love that #00 Red Bull truck that Dinger is driving. Will Red Bull sponsor AJ's 12 truck race effort as well? Congrats Team Red Bull on all the progress made so far and playing by the rules!
