Soggy Day at the Glen
The rains moved in on Watkins Glen International cancelling qualifying for Sunday’s race. The 43-car field will line up according to owners points (as NASCAR says “Inclement Weather Line Up”) putting Vickers 36th on the grid and AJ unfortunately missing the cut. Tough break for AJ considering he was 34th in today’s NEXTEL Cup practice session. Vickers wound up 13th, while Denny Hamlin topping the speed charts. The No. 83 takes to the track at 10:30 AM (EST) tomorrow to gear up for Sunday’s show.

Let's GO BRIAN!
Bring home the checkered flag!
I'm sure the 83 car would have started higher than 36 had qualifying not been rained out, but that doesn't mean BV won't finish strong on Sunday.
Sad about AJ. Keep your head up.
Go BV! We're rootin' for ya'!
TAKE WHAT YOU CAN GET. GOOD LUCK TRB.
Brian was a lot faster than the #22 car in practice. With any luck he can gain some ground on the top 35 this week.
It's upsetting not to see AJ in the race, but I'm glad to see one TRB car in the field.
WE BELIEVE!
AJ had such a great test at VIR - would have loved to see what he could have done here today - it really sucks!! Get em next time AJ.
I checked the weather early this morning and it wasnt suppose to rain there! lol I'm just glad Brian is in and wishin that AJ was! Good luck in practice tomorrow and the race on Sunday!
Wooooo Hooooooo!!!! Brian's going road racing!!! Yippee!!! We know you'd be in even if it didn't rain, Brian! This way is just less stress! ;)
Good Luck Sunday!!!
WE BELIEVE!!!
I love TRB, but it is so "UN-Red Bull" to censor and remove comments from this blog. WWSWD...what would Shaun White do?
Ice, you out there? It's ok to be a fan and hate at the same time! Come back?
AJ, don't let it get you down!
AJ sounded so good on the radio during the practice session too. He really knew exactly what he wanted in the car, and gave excellent feedback to his crew. He just needed his last run, but the rain stopped him, and he got escorted off the track with everyone else out there. You could hear it in his voice how he was ready to go attack that course.
