Ready or Not, Here We Come!
The Daytona countdown clock that all of us at TRB have been looking at for months and months is finally almost down to zero. 19 hours and counting.... then we are on the way. A year's worth of preparation and hard work has been leading up to this moment.
Today, everyone has been busy doing all the last minute things race teams do before leaving for the biggest race of the year -- the shop crew was making last minute adjustments to the cars; the pit crews were practicing; the marketing department was frantically distributing merchandise; haulers were being loaded; plus AJ and Brian were both around to spend quality time with their crews. The team meeting was the biggest attended and most emotional so far this year - Brian even had a special gift for everyone in the shop. You can definitely feel the excitement and nerves around here as everyone gets geared up to see just what TRB can do! See you at the track.

I'll see you at the track to but not until late September at Kansas Speedway. Until then good luck TRB. I can't wait until the shootout this weekend. I am driving my family crazy becasue I have nothing to watch on the weekends until the NASCAR season gets started again. Good Luck this weekend Brian in the Shootout.
see you guys down here! I will be the one with no fingernails at the Duel 150's

Good luck in the shootout Brian and for all of 2007!!
Every time I see the interior of the 84 car I'm moved by how good a job my son and the rest of Team Red Bull is doing.
Is Brian going to be using either of his Daytona cars for the Shootout, or will it be a third car with a similar setup(not wanting to risk damage to either of the primary/backup cars)?
Good Luck TRB! We'll be watching!
The Shootout car is a separate car.
Good luck in Daytona Team Red Bull. You mentioned the shop crew and pit crew. Could you do features on the different crew members sometime so we get to know them? It takes the whole team to be successful.
Good suggestion anonymous. We'll try to start featuring a different crew member each week. Anyone specific you'd like to know more about?
it would be nice to do features on the crew that work in each area of the shop. Each week show a picture and name of crew members as a group. Like the fab. shop, the body hangers, etc. so we get to see who makes these great cars!!
you can picture the pit crew too.
i know they are under a lot of pressure on raceday and if they mess up, they really ,really feel bad and know they could be the reason the car didnt have a better finish.
