Now That's Hospitality!

Much ado has been made about what Red Bull may bring to NASCAR from a marketing standpoint. Well as seen from the earlier posts on the party, skydivers and aerobatic helicopter, Vegas certainly showed a side of the brand new to NASCAR. But perhaps the biggest (and not just in sure size) debut this past weekend was the Red Bull Energy Station hospitality structure that sat atop Turn 3 at LVMS. The 5,000 sq. ft. facility took a week to build (first time out) and featured several bars, a DJ, live painter, wide screen tv's, upper viewing deck, lounge areas complete with couches and tables, and a celebrity or two. Since he wasn't in the race, Brian hung out in the Energy Station with some friends of his from New York and LA and took in a NASCAR race as a fan. He said it has been about seven years since he did so. Not a bad place to watch it from, huh Brian?

That seems like the second best place to be if your not sitting in the drivers seat...so I hope you had a fun time Brian!!!!

That looks like a fun place to be. Any chances of having that at Dega in the spring?

This is a MUST for Talladega!! I went last year and had an absolute blast. The fall race, we were in the same area as the Red Bull hospitality tent, but it wasn't like The Energy Station! You know... Red Bull is supposed to be the biggest and best so it would only be fitting to bring the Energy Station! I Hope...Hope.. Hope...to see it in April!

We're going to Dega for the fall race. I really hope they have it up, because that just looks like an awesome place to hang during the weekend.
